Privacy Policy
According to the organic law 15/1999 on 13th December about Protection of Personal character data, users that can get my products an/or services through Etsy.com or its webs and related services are informed about the data that can manage with my contact.
This privacy policy is exclusively directed to the users who surf on my account in Etsy, in any case it is applied to third ones who don't acces and contact with LULIGUMIS. You can consult Etsy privacy policy to get information about it.

Data collect
In order to have a good business relationship the user needs to provide us with their personal data to run our business and facilatate us sending the product and its invoice. Besides, the user can get in touch with LULIGUMIS to make specific requests, custom-made, or personalized ones. For this reason the user will contact LULIGUMIS to require the desired products.

Data use
The data that a user provides to LULIGUMIS can be used for:
-The business relationship between the user and LULIGUMIS.
-The data will also be used if necessary for a legal or judicial procedure, such as the retention of information about the purchases made by the user, if required by law.
-For the business operation of LULIGUMIS, as make invoices and present the necessary information to Hacienda or another public entity necessary for the correct development of LULIGUMIS.

Data transfer
The data provided to LULIGUMIS for the commercial service, will not be transferred to third parties in any case that is not exclusive to the economic management carried out by LULIGUMIS. This information will only be transferred to third parties in the following cases:
-Etsy- I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and products and comply with my Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy terms of Use.
-Service providers. Necessary for the commercial relationship established between users and LULIGUMIS, such as delivery companies and enterprise advicers. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
-Compliance with laws, I may collect use retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that is reasonable necessary to a respond to legal process or to government requests and enforce my agreements, terms and policies; prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security or technical issues, or protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
- Change of LULIGUMIS administrator. In the event that the company is sold or merged or modified in any way, the data will be transferred as a result of the same event.

The user can exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition at any time, by contacting the company by writing and attaching their data to the email luligumiss@gmail.com

According to the law 34/2002, 11st July about information and e-mail services to the society, the e-mail you provide, will be used for the comercial relationship between you and LULIGUMIS and only in a commercial way.
The data will be included in a file owned by María Laura Carrillo under the business name of LULIGUMIS.
