Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to make an item in any color you would like and in some listings, I have included a color list for you to choose from however please understand that items made with custom colors I cannot accept returns or exchanges on. If you are uncertain of a color(s) please feel free to contact me regarding this prior to purchase.
Please note that items will only be made after the purchase has been made
Package didn't arrive
Most times a package will turn up by trying the following
*Confirm we were given the correct address
*See if someone else accepted delivery (neighbor, another family member, office at condo / apartment)
*Look around the delivery location
*Look for a notice of attempted delivery
*Contact the carrier
Every package I send includes tracking and most times an expected delivery date, Please ensure that you have a secure place for package delivery or have made arrangements to guarantee you receive your package. Package theft is a growing problem and I can no longer be responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by tracking.
Items Colors
I try my best to accurately describe/ represent an item's color, however, due to varying monitor and screen settings the actual color of your item may be different once received. For this reason, it is impossible for me to perfectly match a specific color. Please make inquiries regarding color prior to purchase.
Coupons and discount codes
Limit of one coupon code per transaction. Coupons must be entered at the time of purchase. Refunds for unused coupons will not be given. Coupons CANNOT be stacked with a sale price
Received an item as a gift but....
In the event, you have received an item from my shop as a gift and something isn't quite right you will need to have the original purchaser contact the shop for an exchange or return.
