Here's how to download your PDF crochet pattern:
Go to your Etsy account then go to purchases, your PDF file/s will be waiting for you there as they are already uploaded to Etsy’s system. If you are having an issue please try a different device if it’s not working on one (there must be a glitch somewhere on Etsy’s system on certain devices)
Etsy won’t allow you to download from their app so it’s best to use a browser.
Etsy would have also sent you an email with your download link in, sometimes it can end up in your spam folder if you can’t find it.

How can I access the digital crochet patterns after purchase?
Here's how to download your PDF crochet pattern:
* Go to your Etsy account, go on to purchases, there will be a download link waiting for you - If you can't see your download link please try a different device (Etsy won't allow downloads from their app) as Etsy only allow certain devices to download from their systems.
* You will also find your link in an email from Etsy - Please check your spam folder if you cannot find this.
* If you have purchased using your Apple User ID, Etsy won't allow you to download your file (for future purchases please do NOT use this method) - Please message me and I will manually email it to you.
Are the crochet patterns suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We offer a range of crochet patterns suitable for different skill levels. Each pattern includes clear instructions and stitch explanations to help beginners get started and improve their skills.
Can I sell the finished crochet items made from your patterns?
Yes, you can! We encourage our customers to sell their finished crochet items made from our patterns. However, we kindly request that you credit the pattern source as "Pattern by Truly Crochet" in your listings.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
As digital downloads are non-refundable, we are unable to offer refunds once the purchase is complete. However, if you encounter any issues with your download or need assistance, please reach out and i will be happy to help you.
Are the materials included with the digital patterns?
Our digital patterns include detailed instructions on the materials required for each project, such as recommended yarn types, hook sizes, and any additional supplies needed. However, physical materials are not included in the digital download.
Do you offer 1:1 crochet coaching or tutorials?
Currently, we do not offer 1:1 crochet coaching or tutorials. However, we provide comprehensive written instructions, stitch diagrams (in some brand new 2023 patterns only), and access to our online community where you can seek guidance and share your progress with fellow crochet enthusiasts.
Can I share the digital patterns with others?
The digital crochet patterns you purchase are for personal use only. Please refrain from sharing, distributing, or selling the patterns to others. We appreciate your respect for our intellectual property rights.
Can you provide me with the multiples?
Some patterns include the multiples which will be stated in the description, if it does not state it that means it is not included and unfortunately I am unable to provide them.
