Make an adorable and super whimsical mushroom bag with this crochet pattern! This bag has a zipper closure, and is made with a small hook so it can be used unlined. It can hold your phone vertically in the stalk, or horizontally in the cap. Lots of room for keys, wallet, chapstick, and anything else you need to carry with you! You can make the front and back sides in different colors, to match different outfits!

>> Pattern level: Intermediate. This pattern uses foundation rows to start, and fpdc stitches as well as surface crochet stitches for details. You must be comfortable following either written instructions or graphs, changing colors, and sewing pieces together.

>> Sizes included: one size, approx 10.5 inches tall and 9 inches wide

Materials needed:
- worsted (weight 4) yarn
- 3.5mm hook
- yarn needle
- 12 inch zipper
- sewing thread & needle, plus some pins or clips
- optional: buttons

I can not wait to start this project for my grand-daughter! Her birthday is in April (she's 22) and collects mushrooms. I think she will love this! Pattern looks terrific!
