Bella Blanket – Free Baby Blanket Crochet Pattern

A free baby blanket crochet pattern sized approximate to a stroller or receiving blanket, with room for many colour palettes for girls, boys or surprises!

The pattern uses 7 different stitches over a 15 row repeat, so is perfect for trying new stitches as an advanced beginner, or for somebody who likes to change it up every few rows rather than a mindless make.

Using DK yarn and a 5.5mm hook keeps it light and airy, even with the bulkier stitches such as the bobble stitch, and makes many of the rows work up so quickly. I used Stylecraft special DK for mine, I love how soft it is and in so many colour options, while being super affordable.
